Silky, long feathers,
And shiny, bright eyes-
My beautiful Parrot
Is cunning and wise.
From our first meeting,
Yes, right from the start-
I knew that a Parrot
Had captured my heart.
Days full of sunshine,
And “Parrot-talk” too-
I cannot imagine
Life without you.
