The lobbyists, the whiners and the American Cancer Society have bought a ban on smoking in Washington State.

Not only can you not smoke in bars and all the traditonal spots, you have to go 25 feet from doors, windows and venilation areas to smoke, or be fined $100.00.

Folks CAN go to Tribal Casinos and smoke and drink, so DON’T go into Non-tribal business’
if you’re a smoker and want to drink , gamble or eat. Go Tribal instead. Let those bitching complaining Non/Anti smokers provide all the revenue for the faux bars and clubs (If ya can’t smoke, it’s Not a real bar.)

I think the ban sucks with it’s inclusion of bars, taverns and the like.
Those folks behind the smoking ban should target booze next. Afterall, folks who drink run up the tax payers debt by their health costs, too. Heck, make this state a no-tolerance state and drop the legal level of booze to Zero instead of .08 .

Also, why not just pass a law to ban strip clubs altogether and state wide while you’re at it.
The City of Seattle (and their apparent fear of bouncing tits) have made strip clubs in that city pretty much pointless. Why go, if ya can’t get a lap dance, stuff dollar bills into g-strings or have the enviroment dark enough to relax and enjoy the show? What the fuck is the point?

Hell, even Utah isn’t as anal or restrictive of freedoms and personal choice with their smoking laws…so next time you want to be critical and label a person, don’t ask them if they’re a Mormon from Utah, ask them instead if they’re from Washington State.

…Go Tribal….and enjoy a smoke.
