and hopefully it’ll be a calm, somewhat quiet relaxing one. But one just never knows.

I know it’ll be nice to have waff home for three days in a row:)

I was hoping for rain, too but that doesn’t look like it’ll happen-even though this is the Pacific Northwest, where the weather changes every minute.

We need the rain to help curb the fires started from the morons that do not know how to light fireworks properly, or those children who’s parents do not supervise them, as they should.

Which in my opinion, if you’re gonna have kids, plan on WATCHING THEM! Don’t assume the neighbors or the commmunity is going to watch and supervise them while you, as their parents are sitting on your asses enjoying your holiday, while you leave the babysitting to everyone else. More parents nowadays, need to take some damn responsibility for their kids. Don’t blame shitty tv, shitty radio or the movies for your kids behavior. Besides, don’t you watch your kids at home, either?

I also realize kids ass off, even with the most watchful parents. However, the majority of parents that bitch and moan DO NOT WATCH THEIR OWN DAMN KIDS Those parents blame everyone and everything else, but their own lack of parenting and teaching skills…and please don’t pawn it off on the teachers either, as they get paid little enough (all the money they should be paid goes to the paper pushers who do little to help the kids, IMHO.) and can no longer punish the offending students, as our parents teachers were allowed to. (and no I don’t advocate beating a kid-but a good spanking wouldn’t hurt if needed.)

So on this holiday weekend, if you’ve got kids-please watch them. If ya got neighbors, respect them. Please don’t be loud and irritating and disrespectful. Think of others and enjoy the long weekend.

By the way… Don’t expect sympathy if your kids do something stupid and get their hands blown off because of it.

Blame yourself for shitty parenting.
