I’ve come to firmly believe the only “Change” The Obama Administration is bringing to the public, is the “change” one might have left in their pocket.
If his radical socialistic/communist agenda goes through the house and senate and becomes law, we’re in for drastic changes to the country we know and love.
Changes that won’t just take money away from those who’ve earned it (and give it to those who have not.)

They will change the very root of how our country works, thrives and grows. His administrations efforts to mold the United States into his idealogical vision of a global entity isn’t just scarey, it’s unconstitutional. Of course he’s a lawyer, and we know how a lot of lawyers don’t value the constitution, but I digress…

For those who like to compare him to the “Messiah”, I say ok, but if you’re using Biblical comparisons he would be defined as The Anti-Christ. “The Antichrist is one who fulfills Biblical prophecies concerning an adversary of Christ while resembling him in a deceptive manner.”
He’s lied since he started campaigning. “No earmarks, we’ll have transparency, tax breaks for 95% of Americans”. Everything that has been passed under his watch has had earmarks. There’s been no transparency as he promised. Just plenty of behind the door meetings with no cameras allowed. The tax breaks-give me a fucking break! There are no real breaks if you’re gonna tax the hell out of our energy and take what you gave us in “tax breaks” back plus a ton more. What kind of idiots does he and his administration take us for?

As for our gun rights, he’ll let his cronies in their states back-door legislation (like he’s doing with the Fairness Doctrine), rules, taxes etc. to make owning a gun too costly. (Stock up on your supplies now, if you can find them!)

Now he and his cronies are busy trying to divert the publics attention with a ‘ supposed tiff’ between Rush Limbaugh and RNC Chairman Michael Steele.
Do they really believe folks will be so engrossed in that “tiff” that we’ll miss all the sneakiness and trickery going on in Washington D.C.?? I think not. At least not all of us.
In fact, there’s a shin-dig going on involving the AFL-CIO where V.P. Biden will be and only a few print reporters are allowed? Why you ask, because they want to pass that card check bullshit (and do away with secret ballots) behind the publics back and get a deal all ironed out before we all know wha’ts hit us. Unions can be a good thing. But more and more they’re just a profit maiking enterprise. The higher ups don’t care if what they do causes huge job losses and a slower economy as long as they get theirs.

The GOP is not faultnless in all this. A portion of them put in earmarks and there is littlle unity. Some of them are just plain mealy-mouthed when it comes to standing behind what they say-and what they say they believe in. If they truly want to be elected in droves in 2010 they’ll take out ALL their earmarks and unite as one unit. No voting for a package because you got a few goodies in it for your district.
You individuals should be ashamed of yourselves. Not only because you have lost your ideals, but because you’re chicken livered cowards.

Where are those GOP and Reagan Democrats? Have you really had your balls cut off? Are you afraid of being seen or thought of as “Politically Incorrect”? How can you sleep at night knowing full well that you’re selling your country down the river to Socialism with the next stop being Communism. You disgust me.
How can anyone have faith in those who have lost the ideals that founded this great country?
We already know the left-lleaning democrats on the hill care only about their agendas, isn’t it about time you conservatives get on the ball and grow a pair?

With the election of Obama the country is going to hell faster than ever.
We’re on the fast-track to a Socialistic government fueled by his (and his cronies) ego and idealogy of wealth redistribution.
(In economics, redistribution is the transfer of income, wealth or property from some individuals to others.
One premise of redistribution is that money should be distributed to benefit the poorer members of society, and that the rich have an obligation to assist the poor. Thus, money should be redistributed from the rich to the poor, creating a more financially egalitarian society)

It doesn’t matter to them that this country was founded on Captialism. Principles of ‘you work hard you do your best and you make something of yourself’. Not on a welfare system of ‘you work hard we’ll take the money you earned and give it to those who refuse to get off their asses and earn it for themselves’. He “claimed” to be different, to want change in Washington, but anyone with an I.Q. over 2 can see he’s the same old Tax and Spend Democrat-only worse as he has a cult-like following.

The administration is also spending your grandchildrens money even before it’s been made. It’s not enough to spend your money, but as he only cares about furthering his socialistic agenda, he’s putting all the money he can get congress to give him, into his efforts. His recent $3.5 trillion budget proposal is a great example. He rolls back tax breaks, claiming that only the richest of the rich will pay more taxes, and that 95% of Americans will get a tax break. He Lies. He’s full of complete and utter bullshit.

His tax break equals about $13.00 a week for the average working stiff. Which when coupled with just his Cap Plan on energy will more than erase that ‘tax break’. Those companies that he and his administration are targeting for higher taxes aren’t just going to say “Thank you, Mr. President.” and eat those higher costs. They’re going to pass them on down to you and me via product price increases and rising electric & gas costs. If you doubt this you are a retard and need a helmet.

Also in his budget, a 10-year, $634 billion reserve fund to help pay for the president’s proposed healthcare reforms — much of it paid for by raising taxes on those earning more than $250,000 a year. Which includes small business. Small business that provide most of the jobs in the country. Guess what’s gonna happen to a lot of those jobs when they have to pay higher taxes because they’re “Rich” according to the Obama Administration?

It’s not going to be add more employees. There will be job cuts. Economic growth will slow to a crawl if not stop altogether. Plus there aren’t a lot of details on this “heathcare system” other than it’s going to be modeled after European and Canadian systems which do not work as planned. Folks who need care will get care based on their age and how much the care costs. If you’re too old, forget about being in the front of the line. Because you’re not paying a lot of taxes (if any) so that makes your value lower thus your need for health care, lower on the list of those in line for it.

Those are just a few of the “Highlights” in that trillion dollar budget proposal. ( I didn’t even touch on the back-dooring of the “Fairness Doctrine”, his wanting to further fuck up Medicare or his wanting to throw good money after bad at the nations education system. Nor did I mention the nationalization of banks.)

Don’t you feel the change already? Isn’t your life better now that the “Messiah” has come? If not, Wait…it’ll only get worse.

So do what you can now. Stock pile your food, buy your guns and ammo, and vote in 2010 to get some of those (who have re-election bids) tax and spend idiot Dems (and those GOP members going along for the ride on earmarks) right the hell out of office.

I don’t know whether it’s because I’ve been thinking too much or if it’s just that witch old age, but I find myself reflecting more on some past events. Which on the surface, seemed plain and simple.

Upon reflection and evaluation however (and with added information that I didn’t have at the time),they seem much more signifigant in what they represent.
Take for instance the family dynamic, two parents with children (four in this case). Growing up, a person sees their parents in specific roles and/or having certain traits and things that both parents do, could do and would not do.

Our household could have been described as dysfunctiional. The father figure wasn’t much of one. There was no “wait til your father gets home” threat ever issued from my mom. He just didn’t inspire fear nor respect. Those of you who’ve read previous posts or know me, know all about the Dickard. For those who have not, in a nut shell he was a male so-called head of house, with little drive or ambition other than chasing the all mighty dollar. He wasn’t affectionate and he didn’t offer praise. He was just there. There as a source of insecurity, tension and uncertaint.y He was no “Charles Ingalls” or ” John Walton”

My mom was a stay-at-home mom. She cooked, cleaned chopped wood (even while pregnant) and did a number of other activities to keep the family as cohesive and to give us the most security she could. She also did what others would describe as “the man’s jobs” around the house. Mostly because Dickard wouldn’t or just wasn’t around to do them. Nevermind the fact he probably would have fucked them up anyhow. My siblings and myself for the most part, had that normal sibling dynamic. We’d argue fight, have fun and so on.

Dickard and my mom had a contentions relationship. there would be times of little or no conflict. Then there would be times when the arguing seemed non-stop and on the verge of physical violence (not counting the rake incident). Those times can blend together in memory though certain things like my mom crying, mom being extremely testy do stick out.
As do the occasions she’d fire up the phonograph and throw on Heart’s “If Looks Could Kill” because she was so pissed off. Mom was a strong woman and for her to cry-it took a lot to get her to that point. Mom usually held her emotions in check. As she’d been through a lot of hell from her years with Dickard and before she married him in the Marines, so knew how to.

Between the parental arguements, the trying to make ends meet to survive and life in general there were always rumblings and rumors in our small town about ‘unworthy acts’ by Dickard around town. Those ranged from stealing, lying to Infidelity. Most of those ‘rumors’ surrounding ill-gotten gains ( by a con or otherwise) were usually taken as mostly true considering his past record. He stole from us kids so stealing from others wasn’t that far-fetched. Lying was a gven and Infidelity, turns out was true, as well. Though how many times only God knows for certain as I’m betting Dickard is by now too senile to recall the correct number. Somethings he did you knew he’d do from habit or by what was happening in life at the time, but there were a lot of things he kept secret (or did his best to try to.).

Turns out mom had her secrets too. Ones that never would have occured to me while growing up. But on reflection and knowing my mom as an adult it’s not surprising they did.

It’s that time of year again.
Days past Christmas and just before New Years & all the drinking, ball dropping-in more ways than one- and resolutions rarely kept. Yippee fucking skippy. While normally I can keep an upbeat outlook this time of year no matter what (as most of you who know me know) this year I’m not doing so great in that department.

I’m not one of those who rants and rags about how much they hate the Season and the commercialism-and I won’t do that now, either. But I don’t feel or have that ’seasonal spark’, if you will.
It’s all just “Blah” (for lack of a better description) for me this year. I couldn’t even watch “It’s a Wonderful Life” or “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer” at all this year. Just didn’t have it in me.

But to all those I give a shit about, I hope you had a great Christmas or Hanukkah (Fuck Kwanzaa) and that your New Year in 2009 is better and less stressful than 2008. To those who, over the last year said they’d do shit but didn’t or fell short on being family blood, a seeping rancid ‘Ron Jeremy‘ up your asses and/or festering cavernous cunts.
